  • Brown sugar

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Spray a baking tray (if it is deep enough) or a baking pan with olive oil.

  3. 3

    Boil water in a big pot. Cut sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes at the same time.

    Reduce the heat and put the potatoes into water. Simmer for 15 minutes.

    Use a large bowl and a whisk or spoon to mix butter, brown sugar, milk, honey, and eggs. Add vanilla, cinnamon, ground ginger and cloves, and salt to the mixture.

    Add dried sweet potatoes to the bowl. Use a mixer to even the texture.

    Put the content of the bowl into the baking tray. Add pecans and then marshmallows on top.

    Bake for 25 minutes till you see a little brown crust on the marshmallows.
