  • Cream 20%

    60 g (4 tbsp)

  • Parmesan (grated)

    50 g (½ cup)

  • Salt

    1 g (⅕ tsp)

  • Parsley

    10 g (⅕ cup)

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Use melted butter or melt it in a frying pan over low heat.

    Once the butter is fully liquid, add the cream and simmer for 3 minutes.

    Whisk in the salt, parsley, minced garlic, pepper, and basil.

    Add parmesan and whisk it till the sauce's texture becomes light and even.

  5. 5

    You can make the sauce thinner by adding some pasta water and thicker by adding flour or cornstarch slurry.
